Staffing:

We can provide professional staff to make your event a success. Even so, 2 hours of Chef Service is included (for buffets, or a 2^nd trip to pick up our equipment) extra Chefs are normally required for plated dinners.

Our Servers and Bartenders are subcontracted from Waiters on the Run, or another agency. The agency normally requires a minimum of 5 hours per staff.

Over the years, we have created a network of professional subcontractors.

We strongly believe in mutual referrals. We do NOT pay or receive any kickbacks.

We do our best to provide staff, however availability is sometimes a challenge. If we have enough notice helps a lot.
