A buffet can be a personal thing, a theme event, a national buffet, or whatever your heart desires. The structure of the menu is designed for 25 – 100 guests. For 20 persons, you receive only 2 meat choices. If you expect over 100 attendees, meat entrees, vegetables and salad choices can be increased. Included are: delivery in town, all required catering equipment, 2 hours of chef service, or a second trip to pickup our equipment, and disposables. Not included are real china, servers and bartenders. For carved items, chef service may be required, or the meat has to be presliced, and in a sauce.
