Halal and kosher meal preparations are available upon request.

Please call ”Beat the chef” for an estimate. We created a cocktail reception menu with selections for just about any one, from Germans, to Chinese, from vegetarians, to vegans, seafood lovers, to meatatarians. With very few exceptions, our food is baked, grilled, broiled, or sautéed, NOT deep fried. For a group of 25 guests, you get a minimum of 9 hot and 5 cold selections, for 50 and up 12 hot and 7 cold selections. Prices start 12.00 for a mid afternoon event, evening functions, i.e. Open Houses, etc start at 20.00 per guest. For receptions in lieu of dinner the 40.00 would. Please note some available selections may have an extra charge added, (BF Ham vs. Prosciutto Ham, or AAA Sirloin Tip vs. AAA Tenderloin)

Prices include all appropriate condiments, serving platters, chafing dishes etc. and disposable plates, forks, and napkins.
