Halal and kosher meal preparations are available upon request.

A buffet can be a personal thing, a theme event, a national buffet, or whatever your heart desires. The structure of the menu is designed for 25 – 100 guests. For 20 persons, you receive only 2 meat choices. If you expect over 100 attendees, meat entrees, vegetables and salad choices can be increased. Included are: delivery in town, all required catering equipment, 2 hours of chef service, or a second trip to pickup our equipment, and disposables. Not included are real china, servers and bartenders. For carved items, chef service may be required, or the meat has to be presliced, and in a sauce.

Carved meats:

Roastbeef, AAA Sirloin tip, AAA Striploin, or AAA Beef Tenderloin, roasted Porkloin, Leg of Lamb, Turkey, BF Ham, or Pastrami, etc. Also available are Sterling Silver, certified Black Angus, or Buffalo/Bison.

Beef, Lamb:

Beef Bourguignon, Stroganoff, Lasagna al forno, baked Beef Tortellini, Meatballs: Italian, Swedish, Teriyaki, Black-bean sauce, or creamy Pesto, braised Beef, Hungarian Goulash, Marengo, Lamb Curry, Kasimir, Lamb Stew, Roast of Lamb in Merlot Basil Sauce etc.

Pork:

(Please select 1 green, plus 1 red or yellow Vegetable for colour (recommended). All our Vegetables are fresh, if available, except green Peas and Kernel Corn. We may have to substitute a vegetable to frozen, i.e. green Beans, due to quality concerns. There maybe an extra charge for some vegetables, due to cost, or if not in season.
